The core Enqovo loop is photo or message → draft from your price list → you approve → customer gets the quote on WhatsApp. This page covers the planned next steps: sync approved quotes into monday.com (or a similar database) and turn wins into invoices.

monday.com (or similar) sync and invoicing are product intent from Nick. They are not claimed as live on enquovo.com yet. When they ship, this page will be updated. Until then, treat them as the roadmap extension of the core workflow.

After approval, push quote records into a board or database your ops team already uses: customer, line items, total, status, WhatsApp thread context. Goal: fewer spreadsheet copy-pastes between chat and CRM/ops.

3. Invoice function

When a quote is accepted, move from approved quote to invoice without rebuilding line items by hand. Exact invoice provider and tax rules will be confirmed when the feature ships.
